Conveniently located across from the central train station and a couple of blocks from the old town square. A mini grocery and bakery across the street. A basic room but it was clean and comfy. Was a bit confusing to find the check in place though, but it is actually across the road in the Big Red Brick building, which has this name on the front. Once we worked that out all was good. I would recommend this place for all the above reasons.

Everything was perfect — the spacious room was equipped with a sink, dish sponge, tableware, spoons, forks, knives, refrigerator — everything perfect. Pros: They have parking in the courtyard; it’s not very big, but you can manage, and next to it there’s a large paid parking lot with a barrier. Very close to the historic old town, about a 10-minute walk. A very large mall just 3 minutes from the accommodation. Check-in 24/7. Highly recommend!

Location! It was one of the closest accommodations to the main station that I could find. Bathroom was very clean and spacious, which was great because oftentimes bathroom is the issue in budget hotels - they tend to be not the cleanest and everything - but in this property I was surprised in a good way because of its bethroom without even a single problem. Everything else was fine, too! Really good value for money and I would highly recommend!

we (3 people) stayed there one night. The location is super, you can walk from the station, 10-15 minutes walk to the center. At the same time, there is a church nearby and it is very quiet. To pick up the keys you need to walk a minute across the road (there is a reception). There is also parking (paid). the room is very comfortable and spacious (I read reviews that it is small but in fact it is not). we had 3 single beds, a clean shower, toilet, also a kettle and a mini-stove. The reception also works around the clock, which also helps with check-in and check-out. so I highly recommend it. If we're passing through Krakow again, we'll stay there.

Very friendly and helpful staff, even going beyond the call of duty. Location very good, close to both the Old City and a shopping mall. The water cooler.

The hotel is in a great location. Literally a 2 minute walk to a huge shopping centre, train station etc

Excellent location close to main railway station and a short walk to the Old Town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Kettle provided. Bathroom with shower. Room was smallish and was ideal for an overnight stay. Breakfast came in a bag/box left just outside the room door.

Clean room, featured with kitchen staff and necessary for your rest tools. Perfect location for exhausted travellers with baggage (as it's a ground-level building). The team is helpful and friendly.

Location is very good - close both to the Central Station (and Krakowska Gallery) and to the Old City. Decent WiFi. They have also a small kitchen and some necessary stuff for it. Overall - not bad. The personnel also organized transfer from the airport - thank you for that.
